Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions

Skinsation Orange County, Inc. and JG Management Inc. (collectively, "Skinsation," "we," "our," or "us") may periodically offer promotions, discounts, limited-time pricing, giveaways, package specials, gift card promotions, referral incentives, or other special offers. By participating in any promotion, you agree to these Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.

General Promotion Terms

Promotional offers are valid only during the dates specified in the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

● Offers are subject to availability.

● Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

● Promotions have no cash value.

● Offers are void where prohibited by law.

● Promotions are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older.

● Certain promotions may be limited to new patients or existing patients.

● Medical eligibility is determined during your consultation and may affect whether a treatment can be performed.

 

Participation in a promotion does not guarantee eligibility for treatment.

 

Non-Transferable

Promotional offers:

● Cannot be transferred to another person.

● Cannot be exchanged for cash.

● Cannot be sold or resold.

● May not be applied to previous purchases unless expressly stated.

 

Combining Offers

Unless specifically stated in writing, promotional offers cannot be combined with:

● Membership pricing

● Referral rewards

● Package pricing

● Gift card promotions

● Employee discounts

● Additional promotional offers

 

The offer providing the greatest savings will not automatically be applied.

Expiration

Promotional pricing, discounts, complimentary services, bonus treatments, and special incentives expire on the date listed in the promotion unless otherwise stated.

Expired promotions cannot be honored or extended.

Booking Requirements

Failure to satisfy promotional requirements may result in the promotional pricing becoming unavailable.

Medical Eligibility

Our licensed providers reserve the right to determine whether a patient is an appropriate candidate for treatment.

If a treatment is determined to be medically inappropriate, Skinsation may recommend an alternative treatment.

Refunds

Promotional purchases remain subject to Skinsation's Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise required by law:

● Promotional pricing is non-refundable.

● Complimentary treatments have no cash value.

● Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash or future credit.

 

Gift Card Promotions

If a promotion includes a complimentary gift card or promotional credit:

● It may not be redeemed for cash.

● It may have an expiration date.

 

 

● Additional restrictions may apply.

● It may only be used as described in the promotion.

 

Giveaway Promotions

Contests and giveaways hosted by Skinsation may include additional official rules.

Unless otherwise stated:

● Winners must satisfy all eligibility requirements.

● Prizes are non-transferable.

● No cash substitutions will be provided.

● Skinsation reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

● Employees and their immediate family members may be ineligible where applicable.

 

Social media giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform unless expressly stated.

Pricing Errors

Although we strive for accuracy, Skinsation reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, promotional inaccuracies, or technical errors at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions affected by such errors.

Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

Skinsation reserves the right to:

● Modify promotional offers

● Change eligibility requirements

● Substitute promotional items

● Extend or shorten promotional periods

● Cancel promotions at any time when necessary due to circumstances beyond our control or administrative error
