Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Skinsation Orange County, Inc. and JG Management Inc. (collectively, "Skinsation," "we," "our," or "us") offer gift cards for the purchase of eligible products and services. By purchasing, accepting, or redeeming a gift card, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Purchasing Gift Cards

Gift cards may be purchased in approved dollar amounts through Skinsation or authorized sales channels.

Gift cards may only be redeemed for eligible products and services offered by Skinsation.

Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards unless required by applicable law.

Redemption

Gift cards may be redeemed toward:

● Medical aesthetic treatments

● Eligible skincare products

● Consultations (where applicable)

● Other eligible services offered by Skinsation

Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption if requested.

If the total purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Non-Refundable

Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

Unused balances are not refundable.

Expiration

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Skinsation gift cards do not expire.

Promotional gift cards, bonus cards, or gift certificates issued as part of a special promotion may have separate expiration dates or redemption requirements, which will be disclosed at the time of issuance.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Gift cards should be treated like cash.

Skinsation is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

Replacement gift cards may be issued at Skinsation's sole discretion if proof of purchase and the original gift card number can be verified.

Promotional Gift Cards

Gift cards received through contests, giveaways, promotions, referral programs, or other special offers:

● May have additional restrictions.

● May not be transferable.

● May not be redeemed for cash.

● May be subject to expiration dates disclosed at the time of the promotion.

Returns

If merchandise or services purchased with a gift card are eligible for return under Skinsation's Refund Policy, any approved credit will generally be returned to the original gift card or issued as store credit, unless otherwise required by law.

Fraud Prevention

Skinsation reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any gift card that is suspected of being obtained, transferred, or used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Changes to These Terms

Skinsation reserves the right to modify these Gift Card Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date.
